We're currently seeking an experienced Cloud Network Lead to join our dynamic Platform team and drive network excellence across our organization.

This role involves designing, building, and maintaining stable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructures using Azure Cloud services and Terraform. You'll lead the implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with our cutting-edge services.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll shape the future of Allica Bank's IT platforms and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to network engineering and cloud platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud networking environments using Azure Cloud services.
  • Lead the design, planning, management, support, and oversight of the cloud networking environment.
  • Collaborate with software developers, security experts, and system administrators to integrate network solutions seamlessly with other platform services.
  • Develop and enforce best practices and standards for network infrastructure and operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues promptly.

About You

  • Extensive experience in network engineering and design within Azure Cloud environments.
  • Proficiency with Azure Cloud services and networking features.
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools, particularly Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.

Job Requirements

  • £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
