Hotel Operations Manager

The Premier Inn is seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Operations Manager to lead our hotel team in Whitehaven. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

With previous experience in hospitality management, you will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. You will work closely with our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate our hotel team to deliver exceptional service and meet our brand standards.
  • Manage daily operations, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain our high-quality standards.
  • Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement and commercial opportunities within the hotel.
  • Maintain health and safety standards throughout the hotel.
