Full Time Customer Service Role in Whitehaven

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join our client's team based in Whitehaven. As a key member of the inbound customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring operational performance is met.

About the Role
  • To provide high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
  • To identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • To work collaboratively with operations employees at all levels to resolve customer inquiries and activities.
  • To accurately record and process various customer enquiries.
  • To diagnose customer issues through detailed questioning and active listening.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and set timescales for actions to be taken.
  • Promote products in line with marketing input.
  • Conduct outbound calls following events and system unavailability.
  • Review personal performance statistics and take responsibility for development.
  • Ability to respond to and resolve written customer contacts.
Working Hours and Pay

The successful candidate will be offered a contract for 37.5 hours per week, with two shift patterns available:

  • Option 1: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm + Saturday 8am-4pm (1 weekday rest day), Monday - Friday, 12pm-8pm, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.
  • Option 2: Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm + Friday, 8am-12pm, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm + Saturday 10am-2pm (1 weekday rest day), Monday - Thursday, 9am-8pm + Friday, 9am-1pm, Monday - Friday, 11am-8pm + Saturday 11am-3pm (1 weekday rest day).

The hourly rate for this role is £12.77, paid weekly every Friday.
