Palliative Care Professional

We are looking for an experienced Hospice Community Nurse to join our team in Northern Ireland. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver specialist advisory services and provide support to patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of palliative care principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist advice and support to healthcare professionals in primary care, Northern Ireland Hospice multidisciplinary teams, and Trust multidisciplinary teams
- Managing a caseload of patients in the community
- Acting as a resource for health care professionals and individuals
The role demands excellent clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, and sound community awareness. We offer a competitive salary of £40,500 per annum (pro rata), generous annual leave entitlement, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.
