We are recruiting for a Hospice Community Nurse to work in various locations throughout Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients within a community setting and providing specialist advice and support to healthcare professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent clinical knowledge of specialist palliative care">
  • Effective communication skills">
  • Sound community awareness">
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team">

Salary and Benefits
