We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Hospice Community Nurse to join our team in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing expert guidance and support to patients, families, and carers in the community setting.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, providing specialist advice and support to healthcare professionals, and acting as a resource to health care professionals within primary care, NI Hospice multidisciplinary teams, Trust multidisciplinary teams, agencies, and individuals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Salary and Benefits
