Salary: 12.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a valued member of our team, you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in their daily lives.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal and emotional support to individuals, helping them to develop new skills and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with the individuals you support to understand their needs and preferences, and will be responsible for creating innovative ways to support them to live the lives they choose.

This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a high level of motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to empowering individuals with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.
