About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Encourage and facilitate participation in social activities, leisure pursuits, and community events.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless support and care.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual driving license and willingness to drive individuals as required.
