Job SummaryWe are seeking a caring and passionate individual to join our growing team in the Didcot and Abingdon area as a Healthcare Support Worker. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
- Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Competitive salary (starting at £14.25 per hour weekday/£16 weekend).
- 45 pence paid mileage.
- Salary increasing based on length of service.
