About the Role:

As a Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, managing a diverse portfolio across retail, education, healthcare, and public sectors. Your expertise in design and specification will ensure project excellence and client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing designs and specifications for new structures and renovations
  • Preparation of specifications, tender documentation, and contract administration
  • Project management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations
  • Stakeholder engagement, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BSc/MSc in Building Surveying (ideally RICS-accredited)
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent level of experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
What We Offer:

This role comes with a salary of £55,000 - £65,000, car allowance, structured bonus scheme, paid professional subscriptions, comprehensive health and wellbeing initiatives, and generous holiday allowance plus additional days for length of service.
