Job Description

Compass Associates Ltd is partnering with a leading pharmacy group to find an experienced pharmacist for their Plymstock location.

Salary: £52,500 per annum, with the potential for additional earnings through bonuses and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community pharmacy, with experience in managing teams and overseeing daily operations. They will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising medication preparation and dispensation, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy team, including supervision of staff and management of workload
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to company policies
  • Provide exceptional patient care, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent service standards and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm)
  • GPhC registration
  • Experience in community pharmacy, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and patients
