The Boots Company PLC is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring pharmacist to contribute to the growth and development of our pharmacy team.

As a Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs and workshops to support the ongoing professional development of our pharmacists and pharmacy staff. You will work closely with our experienced ACT's, dispensers, and pharmacy advisors to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our patients and customers.

This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and a proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including GPhC fee reimbursement, indemnity insurance, and a double-matched retirement savings plan.
