The Boots Company PLC is seeking a highly skilled 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist to join our team in the UK. This role offers a strong, competitive base salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a substantial performance-based annual bonus.

This position involves delivering expert care and advice through providing top-notch pharmacy services. You will be accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy, building the pharmacy capability of store teams, and conducting continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment.

To succeed in this role, you must have a professional, caring character and a true desire to help us change for the better. You should be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI) and demonstrate high levels of professional expertise. A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers is essential.

Salary Details

  • Base Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Performance-Based Annual Bonus: Significant increase based on individual performance
