About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team at Compass Associates as a Lead Community Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring excellent standards of care and service.
  • Support the pharmacy team in delivering a range of community services, including prescription support, medication services, and clinical advice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm).
  • GPhC Registration.
  • Experience in community pharmacy, although not essential.
  • Passion for high-quality care.
  • Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High sense of personal responsibility.
