About the Role

This Operations Excellence Lead role will play a key part in driving business growth through exceptional program management. You will be responsible for establishing day-to-day program operational objectives, ensuring adherence to established processes, standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Program Initialization: Confluence page content, Program DRIs & Stakeholders, Communication / Collaboration methodology.
  • Communicate program status, issues, risk management and recommended mitigation plans to cross-functional core and executive teams.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science or Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience in technology companies.
  • Proven experience in program management of large complex SOC/subsystem design from concept to production.
Desirable Skills
  • Proven experience in SOC design functions, power / performance use cases, system modeling, chip design & test, PPA tradeoffs, foundry process technology, package design, post silicon bring up, and product qualification.
  • Knowledge in data analytics, or data automation.
  • Certified PMP
