Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Lead a team of engineers to maintain and improve equipment and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance
Requirements:
- Strong background in maintenance engineering
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
