Job Title: Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medium retail sales accounts and larger independent garden centres, leading to profitable sales growth in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives and KPIs per account and per product group
• Contribute to the annual sales plan
• Maintain and optimize contacts with existing relationships to increase profitability
• Issue and discuss quotations, ensuring adequate follow-up
• Provide demonstrations about products at customers
• Monitor and improve the quantity of orders and the order value in consultation with the account team

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing B2B consumer goods sales
• Experience managing accounts and building relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
