Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving our training and development strategy for new store rollouts.

The Role:

In this role, you will lead the development of high-performing teams, ensuring every store is equipped to deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and delivering tailored training programs for new store teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that meet our business needs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including operational training and brand immersion.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire teams to foster a culture of learning and development.
  • Develop engaging training materials and resources to support consistent learning outcomes.
About You:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced L&D professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be passionate about developing people, delivering results, and contributing to our growing brand.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in L&D, ideally within a QSR or retail environment.
  • Experience delivering training in a multi-site context.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Salary:

£50,000 per annum.

Location:

UK-based with travel as required.
