This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SEN Tutor with experience in both Functional Skills and GCSE tutoring. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to students, focusing on individual learning needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted tutoring sessions in Functional Skills (English, Maths, ICT) and GCSE subjects to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Provide focused support to help students improve academically, boosting their confidence and skills.
• Track progress, set achievable targets, and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and school staff to ensure a consistent and effective approach to learning.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience as an SEN Tutor, with specific experience in delivering Functional Skills and GCSE tutoring. A strong understanding of SEN principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
