Based across South of England - Luton and London

We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to join our wider HR team providing support to head office and operational management teams across the business.

Reporting into the L&D Manager, you’ll deliver and administer training initiatives that support employee growth and organisational objectives. 

As an L&D Advisor you’ll be:

Delivering online training sessions to enhance employees skills, knowledge and competency.
Managing external L&D supplier/stakeholders to ensure best value is achieved.
Managing all administration within our Learning Management Systems (LMS) - monitoring, maintaining, recording, and reporting.
Leading, co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting of Apprenticeships schemes.
Reviewing current working practices and making recommendations for continuous improvementAs an L&D Advisor you’ll have:

Previous experience or interest working in a L&D / training or similar environment.
Experience of managing and co-ordinating Apprenticeship schemes (desirable)
Excellent organisational and data capture skills with the ability to work autonomously as part of a small team.
A high level of competence with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and 365 applications including SharePoint and Power-Bi
Ability to travel to regional sites when required.  What we offer you
