Business Administration Support Professional Job Opportunity

Perfect Placement is seeking a highly skilled Business Administration Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our business processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support in the financial department, managing ledgers, handling supplier inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be expected to perform ad-hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook) are essential for this role.

A salary of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered. The position comes with 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays), a workplace pension scheme, and access to additional company benefits such as hundreds of high street discounts and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who can contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the financial department
  • Manage ledgers and maintain accurate financial records

  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the administration team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
