About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team at Evolve Selection. As a leading recruitment and outsourcing organisation, we operate within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device and Life Science sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in impactful and persuasive customer interactions to build strong relationships and drive account objectives forward.
  • Manage a portfolio of products with an account management approach, leveraging your sales expertise to achieve success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of internal customers who can contribute to the achievement of account objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales success in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
