Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director - Motor Finance to join our team at WeRecruit Auto Ltd. As an Account Director - Motor Finance, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services to clients.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Requirements:
- Automotive Experience: Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or business development role.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
