About the Role

Bionic Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Team Leader to join our nationwide team of sales professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our business in the South East region.

As a Field Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for establishing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities across multiple products, including energy, telecommunications, and insurance. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team members to create a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a central point of communication between the team, peers, and management
  • Identify potential challenges and provide solutions to deliver required outcomes
  • Manage a team of up to 10 field agents across the South East region

Requirements:

  • Resilience and ability to manage a team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-management and accountability
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Clean driver's license and valid car insurance
  • 18 months+ sales/lead generation experience
  • 6 months+ leading a successful team
