About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Team Leader to join our team at Bionic Services Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities and provide world-class service.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to create a high-performing team.
  • Act as a central point of communication between the team, peers, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Identify potential challenges and proactively flag them, providing solutions to deliver required outcomes.
  • Manage a team of up to 10 field agents, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles, with a minimum of 18 months of sales/lead generation experience.
  • 6 months+ of experience leading a successful team, preferably in the utilities sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Clean driver's license and valid car insurance for business use.
