Sales Team Leader (Construction, Building Merchants) Job Description

CV Library is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team to drive sales growth in the construction and building merchant sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales processes.
  2. Recruit, train, and manage internal sales consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage sales leads.
  3. Analyze sales data and provide guidance to the sales team to increase sales and improve customer relationships.
  4. Identify new sales channels and partners to expand our customer base.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or building merchant sectors.
  2. Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Proficiency in sales and CRM software, including Microsoft programs.
