You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team members to create a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve sales targets
  • Act as a central point of communication between the team, peers, and management
  • Identify potential challenges and provide solutions to deliver required outcomes
  • Manage a team of up to 10 Field Agents, spread across the South East region

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Self-management and accountability
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Clean driver's license and valid car insurance
  • 18 months+ sales/lead generation experience required
  • 6 months+ leading a successful team required
