About the Role

The Asset Portfolio Manager will play a key role in the company's lettings business, responsible for managing a section of the managed portfolio. This includes taking care of properties, landlords, and tenants from the initial marketing stage to the end of their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Processing applications
  • Carrying out property inspections
  • Handing over properties to new tenants
  • Discussing services with potential new landlords
  • Helping current landlords improve their portfolio
  • Managing property repairs
  • Organizing tenancy renewals and rent reviews

Requirements

  • Previous property experience or a positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong positive attitude
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, ambitious, forward-thinking
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High regard for customer service and communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
