Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills and strategies.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales techniques.
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing and leaflet dropping to promote haart's services.
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.

Essential Skills

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK (Passport/Birth Certificate).
  • Proof of address.
  • National Insurance.
  • Drivers License Check.
