We are building the financial infrastructure to get more climate finance to frontline communities around the world. As a Climate Change Specialist, you will play a key role in this mission by driving customer success, supporting sales processes, and engaging with the broader carbon finance market.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to work closely with customers to figure out how to delight them and has experience in a fast-growing startup with a STEM degree from a top university. They should also be comfortable operating with full autonomy, high agency, and making calls with their own judgement.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role and some experience in the climate/carbon sector. They will be responsible for driving customer success by building strong relationships with customers and users, supporting sales processes from prospecting to setting up and delivering killer demos and onboarding, and engaging with the broader carbon finance market through conferences, events, content, panels, and presentations.

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 per year and a high ownership culture where everyone is an owner of the product. Requirements
  • STEM degree from a top university
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup
  • Some experience in the climate/carbon sector
