In this role, you will lead shifts, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain high standards of Health & Safety and Hygiene.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing stock levels and maintaining kitchen safety protocols
  • Coordinating food preparation and presentation to meet customer expectations
  • Ensuring adherence to 5-star kitchen standards at all times

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Exceptional chef/kitchen skills, including knife work, cleaning, and good hygiene practices
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in kitchen operations and management
