Fresh Perspective Resourcing is recruiting for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to take their career to the next level

Main Responsibilities
  1. Production Planning: Develop and implement daily production plans to meet targets.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  3. Health and Safety: Monitor adherence to health and safety protocols, reducing risks and promoting a safe working environment.
  4. Maintenance and Repair: Collaborate with engineers to resolve machine faults and optimize plant performance.
  5. Team Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  6. Paperwork and Reporting: Ensure accurate completion of all team paperwork and information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous team lead experience is preferred, with confidence in addressing performance and having difficult conversations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
