About the Job

Are you a talented and ambitious doctor looking to develop your skills in neonatology? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Critical Care Physician to join our team at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care on the Acute Neonatal Unit, ensuring the best possible outcomes for critically ill or injured babies.
  • Participate in clinical activities, including day-to-day participation in ward duties, patient reviews, and management of the neonatal unit, delivery suite, and postnatal ward.
  • Assess and manage critically ill or injured babies, working closely with consultants and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care.
Requirements
  • MBBS, MB ChB, or equivalent medical qualification.
  • NLS certification.
  • Safeguarding training - Level 3.
