Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waiting List Coordinator to join our team at Your World Recruitment Ltd. As a Waiting List Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking patients into theatre lists and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team of Consultants, Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants.
  • Collaborating with the team to maximize clinic capacity and minimize Did Not Attends (DNA's).
  • Preparing Clinic packs and managing paperwork on behalf of clinical colleagues.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Dealing with incoming patient queries and escalating issues as necessary.
  • General hospital administration duties, including communication with patients and guests.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an Administrator or Waiting List Coordinator in the NHS or healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid IT skills and proficiency in using various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and organized approach.
