Rowlands Pharmacy, a reputable and community-oriented pharmacy chain, is seeking a talented and experienced pharmacist to join our team in the Cemaes Bay branch. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and patient-focused individual to make a difference in the healthcare industry.

Our ideal candidate will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and possess strong commitment to patient care and safety. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently, providing medication counselling and support to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, conducting medication reviews, maintaining accurate patient records, managing pharmacy inventory, and participating in health promotion and public health initiatives.

In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £20-25 per hour, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 32 days with length of service), a performance-related bonus of up to £5000 per year, GPhC fees paid, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, market-leading employee discount programme across hundreds of retailers and services, access to MediCash, and an annual Christmas bonus.
