Job Title: Care Assistant
About the Role:
Complete Care Amegreen, part of City & County Healthcare Group, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. Our team cares for and supports people of all ages in the community and in their homes. You will work closely with our experienced healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others. You do not need prior care experience, as we provide full nurse-led training to support your development. What is essential is your ability to demonstrate care, compassion, and resilience in your daily interactions. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and are willing to learn and grow with our team, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, working collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various complex areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
What We Offer:
At Complete Care Amegreen, we are committed to supporting our employees in their personal and professional development. As a member of our team, you will have access to a range of benefits, including maternity/paternity leave, a pension scheme, paid annual leave, a refer-a-friend scheme, a cycle-to-work scheme, and an enhanced DBS check. We are proud to offer a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes work-life balance and well-being.
