About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals and their families
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for individuals and staff
