Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The successful candidate will have experience in administration in an outpatient department and with patients suffering from chronic conditions, with competencies in stock ordering and control.

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team, be self-motivated, and possess basic skills in lymphoedema management. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills are essential for this role, which involves working with patients and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from Welsh and/or English speakers.

Main Duties

Undertake specific skilled work to assist specialists in the treatment of patients with Lymphoedema.

Administer new patients and provide timely appointments according to diagnosis and communicate accordingly.

Provide administrative support to the Lymphoedema service, including stock ordering and control.
