About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Support Care Specialist to join our team at All About Care Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.


Key Responsibilities



  • To provide personal care to residents with consideration for their individual needs and preferences.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident care plans and update them as necessary.
  • To work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • To report any concerns or issues related to resident care to the relevant authorities promptly.

Requirements


We are looking for an experienced Support Care Specialist who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have a strong understanding of the principles of care and be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion in your work. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is available depending on experience.
