Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our client's team in Oxford. This role is focused on developing and maintaining strong relationships with buyers to maximize customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve managing budgets, creating and delivering performance reports, and facilitating training sessions for buyers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B Customer Success/ Service Delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage buyer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Create and manage budgets for buyer accounts
  • Deliver performance reports to sector managers
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure buyers have excellent knowledge of systems and processes
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B Customer Success/ Service Delivery environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
