Our Team

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Oxford. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with our Sector Manager to develop strong relationships with major blue chip organisations, ensuring seamless supplier onboarding, and fostering strong ties with key stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with account customers, enhancing their success using our services.
  • Actively promote and demonstrate new products and services to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal customer service teams to ensure a unified and consistent approach in managing accounts.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new accounts and their suppliers, ensuring they derive value from our solutions.
  • Facilitate on-the-job training to ensure that account organisations possess comprehensive knowledge of our systems, processes, and any new functionality.
  • Develop and deliver account plans to ensure continuous onboarding of a customer's suppliers.
  • Develop tools like heatmaps and custom pivot tables to effectively demonstrate the value of data to account customers.
  • Manage escalations and collaborate with your accounts for issue resolution.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations, staying informed about any changes or updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B customer relationship management and service delivery experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management tools (experience with procurement processes is a bonus).
  • A valid driving licence.
