Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineering Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineering Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and coaching to engineering apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and coaching to engineering apprentices in a classroom and workshop environment.
  • Develop and maintain individualized learning programs for apprentices, incorporating maths and English skills.
  • Conduct regular learner interventions and progress reviews to ensure apprentices are meeting their learning goals.
  • Collaborate with employers and other learning coaches to ensure seamless integration of learning in the workplace.
  • Plan and deliver end-point assessments, ensuring apprentices are well-prepared for independent assessment.
  • Monitor and report on learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials and resources.
  • Participate in discussions with employers to build strong relationships and ensure apprentices are meeting their learning goals.
Requirements:
  • Relevant occupational sector experience and qualifications (at a level 3 or higher than delivery).
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and ICT or equivalent, or willingness to undertake.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality coaching and teaching that meets learner needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present Total People in a positive manner.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, with a track record of achieving KPIs and strategic aims.
