Cleaning Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Services Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of cleaning services to our clients across various market segments and geographical areas.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Manage the service to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining day-to-day liaison with clients.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction, guidance, and support to all ISS staff, ensuring they can effectively carry out their roles.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete all relevant documentation and maintain accurate records for company systems, including sickness procedures, quality monitoring, food hygiene, training, and staff performance monitoring.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the collation and completion of all Company reports and documentation in relation to the Services provided within the agreed timescales.
- Stakeholder Management: Create, maintain, and enhance effective working relationships with all major stakeholders, including colleagues, patients, visitors, PFI Partners, and Trust Staff, in line with best practice.
- Workforce Planning: Plan, allocate, and evaluate work carried out by individuals under your control, in conjunction with managing annual leave requests and service demand while meeting the required target hours.
- Performance Management: Manage and evaluate objectives and targets for the service as outlined in the business plan.
- Education: Management Degree or Higher Level Diploma and skill-based qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in managing a service contract, labour management, and financial accounting.
