Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Services Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of cleaning services to our clients, ensuring high-quality standards are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
    • Manage the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services to meet and exceed client expectations
    • Ensure all cleaning services are delivered in accordance with ISS's quality standards
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Operational Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of cleaning services delivered, including quality monitoring and customer feedback
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of cleaning services

Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management or business administration
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning services industry
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
