Cleaning Services Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Services Operations Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of cleaning services to our clients, ensuring that high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery
    • Manage the delivery of cleaning services to clients, ensuring that high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
    • Develop and implement effective service delivery plans to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure that all cleaning services are delivered in accordance with ISS's quality and compliance standards.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that services are being delivered to the required standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure that services are delivered to meet client needs and expectations.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.

Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications
    • Degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
