Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Security and Cleaning Officer to deliver exceptional service in security, maintenance, and cleanliness. This role is vital for ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Work Schedule: The position involves a 42-hour work week with a 4 on 4 off rotation, covering all days of the week from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, with opportunities for additional hours as needed.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is £12.45.
Physical fitness is essential due to the nature of the duties, which include extensive walking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Valid SIA License (Door Supervision or Security Guarding) is required
- First Aid certification is necessary

- Knowledge of security protocols
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in customer service
- Background in security operations
- Familiarity with shopping centre environments
Licenses/Certifications:
- SIA license is mandatory
- CCTV license is preferred
- First Aid certification is required
