Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Officer to join our team in Haringey. As a Commissioning Officer, you will be responsible for designing and executing projects to attain commissioning goals, collaborating with colleagues and partners, and auditing for service enhancement and cost reduction.

About You

The ideal candidate should have experience of community and/or group work, knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation, and strong partnership building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and executing specific projects to attain our commissioning goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and partners to ensure the services we commission are of high quality, cost-effective, and yield positive outcomes.
  • Auditing in service enhancement and cost reduction by contributing to vital projects.
  • Composing, formulating, and updating vital documents such as Service Specifications, Contracts, and Individual Placement Agreements, and ensuring proper filing.
  • Monitoring and evaluating our contracts and processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with our associates to guarantee seamless collaboration in delivering the best services possible.
