About the Role: We are seeking a Commissioning and Partnerships Officer to join our team at CV-Library. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commissioning strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the impact of commissioned services, using data and feedback to inform future decision-making.
  4. Ensure that the voice of children, young people, and families is central to all commissioning activity.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in a commissioning, contract management, or procurement role, ideally within the SEND, education, or health sectors.
  2. Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and best practice within the UK.
  3. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and assess the effectiveness of services.
  4. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to the evolving needs of service users.
