Job Description

Omegaentsol is looking for a Technical Account Manager to partner with our ChatGPT Enterprise customers in the UK. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will drive adoption and value of our product through exceptional customer experiences.

You will develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients, create customized success plans, and gather feedback to inform product development.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably working with technical enterprise products, and possesses a proven track record of scaling an exceptional customer experience.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, generous equity, and benefits including private medical insurance, pension plan, and flexible working arrangements.
