About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a CFO Hub Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and guidance to participants in the community, at pop-up Satellite Hubs, and at our Activity Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants and provide individualized support to help them overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary sector organizations, to provide exceptional participant support and progression routes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support.
  • Monitor and report on participant progress effectively, working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide community-based support and manage a caseload independently.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals.
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes.
  • Ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services.
  • Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
